Oxfordshire students lead way

TEENAGERS across Oxfordshire have become some of the first in the country to begin studying for a new qualification.
The Diploma qualification for 14 to 19-year-olds combines academic and practical learning, giving young people the knowledge and skills for success in university and employment.

The Diploma is a major part of the Government's programme of change to England's education system, which will be phased in from this month. Students in Oxfordshire will be studying for Diplomas in Creative and Media.
