Police appeal for witnesses to Banbury arson
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an act of arson in a Banbury park.
Between 2pm and 2.20pm on Monday, September 10 a group of youths that were seen running away from afire that in Princess Diana park.
The incident resulted in a tree being set alight.
